Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's "lying tendencies" have made him question meaning of his name.
While decoding the full form of Rahul in his own sarcastic way, he said, "I think Rahul stands for R- rejected by people, A-absent minded, H-hopeless like his party, U-useless, no use for the party or the people, L-liar."
