Ahead of Tamil Nadu elections, the Special Investigation Team of the Income Tax Department on March 29 conducted raid at Alagarsamy, the JCB driver of AIADMK MLA R Chandrasekar.
Rs one crore was seized from his residence in Trichy.
Chandrasekhar is an AIADMK MLA from Manapparai constituency in Trichy district of Tamil Nadu, contesting the state in alliance with the BJP.
