This is the dramatic moment a police officer jumped into a canal to rescue a man in northern India's Uttar Pradesh on (March 30).
The officer noticed the man drowning and dived into the water to rescue him while he was still floating on the surface.
The victim was later rushed to a local hospital for medical treatment and is now out of danger according to officials.
