Perry Hill principal gets taped to a wall to celebrate cancer fundraiser

In honor of the $12,000 Perry Hill raised for the American Cancer Society, first and third grade students taped Miner to the wall, and then they left for Spring Break.

Perry hill elementary students waved to their principal as they left for spring break today.

But the principal couldn't wave back.

His hands, and the rest of his body, were taped to a wall... for a good reason.fox 55's drew fry tells us how this sticky situation is all in celebration of a school fundraiser.

While his students prepare for spring break, perry hill principal caleb miner says he's not going anywhere.in fact, he's pretty attached to his school.cm: well it's not the most comfortable necessarily, but you saw all the kids' smiles.

And then we'll come back and plug away for the rest of the year.

And when students do come back from break, miner says they should check to see if he's still there, stuck to the wall, celebrating perry hill's part in the fight against cancer.
