Man is facing more charges in connection to the attack on the u-s capitol back in january.

Mullins was already charged with assaulting one police officer during the riot.
He's accused of dragging the officer down the stairs outside the u.s. capitol during the january 6th attack.
He is now charged with assaulting another officer.
Mullins has been on home confinement since he was first charged back in march.
