Police arrested Liliana Carrillo for allegedly killing her three children, a 6-month-old, a 2-year-old and a 3-year-old, and then fleeing.
They believe she headed north up the 5 freeway, where she is also suspected in a carjacking of a silver-colored Toyota pickup truck.
She was captured about four hours north of Reseda.
