At the sassy owl boutique customers and staff are not required to mask up.
The boutique has even started to see business pick up over the past several weeks and over the weekend after the mask mandate expired.
The owner says people seem excited to get back out and go back to normal.
"and with the you know vaccination rolling out, like more people able to get it.
I think it's made them more comfortable getting out and taking the risk and going back to normal."
Over the past two weeks morgan county has seen around fifty positive cases of coivd- 19 according to the alabama department of public health.
