Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng has said that the government is “really focused on making sure that everybody who gave up their lives in global conflicts will be recognised in the appropriate and dignified way”.
It comes after a report found that up to 350,000 predominantly black and Asian service personnel who died fighting for the British Empire were not properly commemorated due to "pervasive racism".
