Congress senior leader Kapil Sibal while appreciating TMC chief Mamata Banerjee's victory in West Bengal state assembly elections irrespective of what Centre government did called her 'Jhansi ki Rani.'
He further called Prime Minister Narendra Modi 'Goliath.'
Kapil Sibal said, "When PM won '19 polls, I congratulated him, couldn't have called him Jhansi ki Rani, he was Goliath.
We must congratulate leaders who win.
Centre did everything and EC helped.
Despite that, if Mamata ji gets 2/3rd majority, she should be called Jhansi ki Rani."
