The Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office said Monday Britt Reid has been charged with driving while intoxicated, a class D felony with a potential jail sentence of one to seven years.

Tonight the Jackson County prosecutingattorney's office has charged BrittReid son of Chiefs head coach Andy Reidwith driving while intoxicated a ClassD felony with a potential jail sentenceof 1 to 7 years.
