PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP chief JP Nadda met on Friday evening sparking speculations of a possible Cabinet reshuffle.
Some ministers were also present in Friday's meeting.
It was the first in a series where the PM will review the performances of various ministers, as the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic abates.
