The incident happened in the Manjuur area of Nilgiris district in Tamil Nadu on Friday 25 June.
It's a hilly region located nearby dense forest so wild animals often pay a visit to the tea plantations.
These three bears were resting on the roads of the estate when two employees of the estate came across them while riding a motorbike along the road.
They stopped their vehicle and watched the bears from a distance.
Then one of the bear charged them and the scared employees ran out of the bears' sight immediately.
