New mother dies from Covid-19 before she can hold her newborn

Paige Ruiz was nine months pregnant when she contracted Covid-19, and died before she got the chance to hold her newborn baby.

Her mother, Robin Zinsou, tells CNN’s John Berman her daughter’s dying wish was that she wished she had gotten vaccinated.
