San Diego researcher awarded Nobel Prize

Ardem Patapoutian, a molecular biologist and neuroscientist at Scripps Research in La Jolla, is one of two scientists award the Nobel Prize for thier work solving how nerve impulses are initiated so that temperate and pressure can be perceived.
