After weeks of talks and attempts at diplomacy, there has been no visible breakthrough in reducing tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
In the latest NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has proposed another meeting this time between Russia and allies of the north Atlantic alliance to ward off a possible Russian attack on Ukraine.
