A devout man, who roamed the streets of London in the late 19th century seeking people to help, spiritually and materially, died in an accident.
He was trying to save a little boy lying in the middle of a crowded road, full of horse drawn wagons and carts rushing to and fro.
He rushed onto the street to grab the boy and the next moment he could remember – he was in heaven.
