Like other Latin American civilizations in the mod, Bolivia has a unique settler unit to it, though Bolivia's settler can't be procured from the town center and require the construction of a structure called the Mining Camp that makes them (for free), the settler after a while turns into a infantry unit called the K'ellu Runa or when you hit the industrial era, the "Colorado".
Their unique building is the Sociedad Folklorica which trains native warriors and increases the maximum number of native warriors you can train (it also trains the "Colorado" unit which is quite powerful while only taking up one population), They can also train the K'ellu Runa which is a native warrior that Bolivia can train right off the bat, and as such doesn't take up population.
