According to the facility of French President Emmanuel Macron, US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin have consented "in principle" to meet to discuss the Ukraine problem, as long as Moscow does not attack Ukraine.
The Elysee Palace claimed in a statement issued early Monday that Macron had pushed both presidents at a conference concerning "security and strategic stability in Europe."
