Freezing rain and sleet Tuesday, winter weather advisory in effect for SE Wisconsin

A winter weather advisory is in effect for most of SE WI from now until 6pm Tuesday.

Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha and Walworth counties start at 11pm until 6pm Tuesday.
