Missiles were heard in Ukrainian cities after Russian president Vladimir Putin declared war to 'demilitarise' its neighbour.
The Ukrainian operational command released footage of what appeared to be missile strikes in Kharkiv, and a civilian in Kyiv reported hearing explosions.
