Magda Harvey, the owner of Polish White Eagle Club in south London, says they were "overwhelmed" by the number of donations received on Sunday after putting up a Facebook post requesting goods to send to Poland's border with Ukraine.
She explains that the "situation" has changed, and they now need items like first-aid kits and bulletproof vests, which she says can only come with the help of "corporations" who can sponsor them.
