At night, occupiers fired cruise missiles at Zhytomyr, a regional center in northern Ukraine with a population of over 250,000 people.
They were aiming at the location of 95th Air Assault Brigade, but they hit a residential area and 10 buildings were damaged.
At least 4 people died, including a child.
Rescuers continue to remove the blockages.
In the nearby hospital all windows and doors were completely knocked out.
The maternity ward is damaged.
