Smollett Attorney Claims Sentence Wasn't Fair, Says We "Need More Minority Judges"

After hate crime hoaxer Jussie Smollett was sentenced to 150 days of jail and 30 months of probation, his attorney Nenye Uche proclaimed that the sentence was not "fair" and that Smollett was only sent to jail because he is black.
