Scott Ritter was a United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq - 1991 to 1998 - He was 100% right about there being NO chemical weapons (WMD) in Iraq but no one would listen to him.
That is a good track record of telling the truth against 'state' opposition.
This man KNOWS his stuff.
