U.S. Deputy Ambassador to the UN Richard Mills on Monday expressed "outrage" over the death of American journalist Brent Renaud, who was shot and killed by Russian forces in the town of Irpin in Ukraine's Kyiv region according to police chief Andriy Nyebytov on Sunday.
