Senator Ted Cruz asked Supreme Court Justice nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson if Critical Race Theory (CRT) is taught in school in K thru 12.

Judge Brown replied "I don't know.

I don't think so.

I believe it's an academic theory that's at the law school level." Senator Ted Cruz then confronts Jackson that she has been on the Board of Trustees of the Georgetown Day School since 2019.

Cruz proceeds to prove that the curriculum of the Georgetown Day School is "filled and overflowing with Critical Race Theory".
