Holocaust survivor killed in Kharkiv laid to rest

Boris Romanchenko, a 96-year-old Holocaust survivor, killed when shelling hit his flat in the war-ravaged Ukrainian city of Kharkiv was buried on Thursday (March 24).

A small group of relatives including Romanchenko's son Ihor and granddaughter Yulia attended the funeral held at the city's graveyard where Ukrainian fighters fallen in conflict with Russia since 2014 are buried.
