Rajasthan's Karauli district on Saturday witnessed a series of communal clashes after a motorcycle rally celebrating Nav Samvatsar, the first day of the new year under the Hindu calendar in a Muslim-dominated area was pelted with stones.
The incident was followed by the arson of shops and vehicles in the district.
