This video follows our drive from the wine country north of San Francisco, to the lush forests of extreme northern California.
The scenery becomes more and more dramatic as we pass the outer ranges of the Klamath Mts and into the lowland Redwood forests near the coast.
Part 1 ends as we arrive at a magnificent unnamed grove along the Avenue of the Giants.
