In a bombing that took place on Sunday, Russian forces flattened a school being used as a shelter in which more than 60 are feared dead.
Lugansk regional governor, Serhiy Gaidai, broke the news stating that the Russian forces dropped a bomb on the school in Bilohorivka causing a fire that engulfed the building.
