My blog, jamesfetzer.org, has been taken, improperly in my view, and I will be in Court on Wednesday to defend my Motions to Stay and for Reconsideration, which you can access by going there only to find yourself redirected to poznervfetzer.com, an archive of legal documents in this case.
Download my Replies to their Responses and you will see what's going on.
I have had to create a new blog, jameshfetzer.org, to continue to inform the public on a wide range of developments of enormous public interest.
My Motion to Stay is based upon the fact that I have a Petition before the US Supreme Court, which will be in conference on 28 September and where I should know on 3 October whether or not it will be heard by the full court.
It ranks high on the criteria for consideration, which include (a) a case of great public interest, (b) a case of great legal significance, (c) a case implicating conflicts between the highest courts of different states, and (d) a case requiring the correction of a legal error of (in this case) profound significance.
If you now go to jameshfetzer.org, you will find that my latest blog concerns the death of US Senator Paul Wellstone, which occurred just 60 miles north of my office on the Duluth Campus of the University of Minnesota, where I spent the last 19 years of my 35-year academic career as a professor of philosophy.
I undertook extensive research on the crash, which turned out not to be an accident but by design, where the plane was manipulated into the kill zone 2 miles south of the airport by altering the GPS (which no one at the time believed could be done) and bringing it into an EM field, which popped electronic components on the plane and caused it to crash.
To ensure proof of what had happened would not be found, the fuselage burned intensely for 7 hours and could not be extinguished.
Check it out.
Several cordial calls from Paul in CA, Brian in MO, Ken in MI, and Barb in FL.
