Finally the busy port of Baton Rouge!
Now dealing with the ocean going vessels i am back in the school of learning as i figure out how things will be dealing with them.
The river was very busy in the area between Baton Rouge and NOLA.
I would find myself more stressed on this portion of the river then the entire rest of the trip combined.
The one thing the camera can not show is just how small you feel while among the countless barges, tows, tugs and ocean liners.
It seems like everything is moving and i often felt as though i was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
