Dopamine is a humans reward system ,a chemical that makes us feel good and amazing.But a dopamine spike is not designed to make us happy long term, it can weigh us down.
A reason is dopamine when you choose that cake or pizza over your salad or something healthy.

There was a rat study done with their dopamine, and what they found is that whatever gives you dopamine is going to motivate you to do that thing, so dopamine is a chemical for motivation, and how can you take that in your advantage.
