A Willoughby Police Department officer in Ohio was faced with a combative suspect during a traffic stop for speeding on September 10th, where a Good Samaritan intervened and took down the combative individual after witnessing the attack.
The suspect, identified as 64-year-old David Koubeck, has since been charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest; as well as being cited for speeding and not wearing a seat belt.
