The BP Husky Toledo Refinery in the city of Oregon, Ohio, caught fire on September 20.
Two people were hurt in the fire and later died as a result of their injuries.
It hasn’t been reported what started the fire, but the refinery was shut down and taken offline as of September 21.
BP hasn’t announced when the refinery will reopen.
