According to the data released by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India recorded 4,912 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours.
The active caseload in the country stands at 44,436 and the current recovery rate is 98.71%.
The number of active cases in the country are declining while the recovery rate in on the rise.
