Two days of Russian strikes have brought Ukraine to the brink of energy collapse, forcing the Kiev regime to discharge the reservoirs to power hydro-plants, in order to prevent the rolling black-outs.
And the reservoirs weren’t nearly full after a dry summer, but the water is being spent anyway.
Today, the intensity of strikes diminished for some reason.
