According to the data released by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India recorded 2,060 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours taking the overall number of Covid-related infections in the country to 4,46,30,888.
The active cases increased to 26,834 and comprise 0.06 per cent of the total infections.
