It allows P99's battery to start at 90% charge instead of 65% at fight start.
Pretty simple to use, get your battery to overdrive,(orange), and plow ahead.
Spam the special 1 to keep your battery level up for a longer duration.
Overdrive reduces enemy combat power rate by 90%.
