MD Governor Larry Hogan calls for new Republican leadership

In his speech at the annual Republican Jewish Coalition Leadership Meeting, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan said he's "sick and tired" of party losses and said it's time for the Republican party to obtain new leadership.
