Steven Guilbeault (minister of environment and climate change) announces the federal carbon pricing system will expand to Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia in July 2023, joining four other provinces currently under the policy.
He also announces the rebate amounts for the coming year in provinces with the federal approach.
