New York State troopers delivered food and water to Buffalo residents on Tuesday, December 27, as recovery efforts continued in the area following a deadly winter storm.
According to Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz, at least 31 weather-related deaths were reported in the county by Tuesday night.
