An investigation is under way after three people and a dog died after a fire broke out at the New County Hotel in Perth, Scotland.
It happened at around 5am on Monday with more than 60 firefighters called to help bring it under control.
The three people were confirmed dead at the scene and a small number of guests have been evacuated to another hotel.
