Today was devoted to some of our favorite authors.
First we visited Jane Austen's House in Chawton, England.
Then we drove to Oxford to visit the place that C.S.
Lewis and J.R.R.
Tolkien wrote their well known books.
We visited both of their graves as well as the pub they met at with their inklings writing group.
We saw the door that might have inspired the Wardrobe into Narnia and ate a meal at Turf Tavern one of the oldest pubs in Oxford.
