Dr. Jeph Holloway holds the John L.
Harris Endowed Chair of Christian Studies at East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, Texas.
He has an earned M.Div.
And Ph.D.
From Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, focusing in the field of Christian ethics.
He has also done additional graduate study at Duke University and Columbia Theological Seminary.
Since 1990 he has served various institutions of higher learning at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Dr. Holloway’s academic contributions include over twenty-five publications and presentations.
His most recent publication is The Poetics of Grace: Christian Ethics as Theodicy (Cascade, 2013).
Since 1978, his ministry experiences include serving in the positions of youth minister, assistant pastor, interim pastor, and pastor.
He and his wife Joy have been married since 1980.
Joy and Jeph have two sons (Joseph and James), daughter-in-law (Sarah), and one grand-daughter (Audrey).
