Moscow says Ukraine continues firing on civilian areas despite a ceasefire announced by Russia for Orthodox Christmas, which Kiev rejected.
The ceasefire should have started at noon on Friday but within one minute of the ceasefire, Ukraine had fired 6 155mm shells into a residential area of Donetsk (A).
At least two women have been injured in the past 24 hours by Ukraine shelling.
