'TMZ' reports that the 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star was arrested in 2021 for allegedly defrauding the public with a fake telemarketing scheme.
She first pled not guilty, and her lawyer claimed she was "totally innocent.".
But 'TMZ' reports that in July, Shah cut a deal with prosecutors and "pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.".
In exchange, prosecutors dropped a "conspiracy to commit money laundering" charge.

6, Shah was sentenced to six and a half years in prison.
She will serve time somewhere in Texas and is required to surrender on Feb.
