Not only is this the most expensive home sale in all of Malibu so far for 2022, but it’s also this year’s fourth-priciest in all of California.

Earlier this month in September 2022, Kim also placed two of her “unused” properties on the market – a downtown Calabasas condo and a modest ranch home near her Hidden Hills estate.
