A man who calls himself an FBI agent defends Andrew Tate by calling out the mishandling of justice done by the prosecutors of Andrew Tates case.
I definitely agree that there is a mishandling of justice according to the USA codes and laws because in USA you cant keep a person arrested while there is a pending trial going on, you have to free the person on Bail which btw to me seems like a bribe, why should there be a Bail if a person is not yet guilty, why does the accused have to pay money?
But anyway, the Romanian version is that the accused can be held in arrest if sufficient reasons are shown, and this lower standard of evidence meaning not ALL evidence is shown in the pretrial indeed gives the prosecutors too much power in my view.
In Andrew's case he is guilty as day, and there are some victims, but in other people's cases there really are no victims and the prosecutors use snitches to start the investigation or they use people that have not declared themselves as victims, as in Andrew Tates case.
