A motive remains unclear in the attack in Southern California, which killed 10 people and injured 10 others who had gathered for a Lunar New Year Festival.
The suspect was identified as Huu Can Tran, 72, who died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna said.
